The Pasadena Outreach Response (PORT) Team can help connect unhoused neighbors to resources and provide support to folks navigating homelessness.
Union Station Homeless Services
Union Station can provide paths to interim and permanent housing and offers several supportive programs, including an Adult Center shelter.
